I want to make my canthal tilt to neutral or maybe even slightly positive. I provided a few pictures of my eyes. Which regions of my face have should a surgeon work on to bring up the outer corners of my eyes? Is the surgery very risky? Is it very costly? Are there any other methods in improving my canthal tilt such as losing weight?
