Hi RS friend, Best treatment for crowd get is with a neuromodulator like Boto, Xeomin and Dysport which help stop the muscle movement in the area. Fillers are better for loss of volume and saggy skin under the eyes in the tear trough area. My video below explains more. Best, Dr. Onir
Thank you foryour question tmcompo. Fillers are used torestore lost volume in and enhance the appearance of the face. Crow's feet are the wrinkles seen around the eyes when one smiles. These are best addressed with Botox. The pivotal studies demonstrated that when 24 units of Botox is used in this area (12 units per side) peak results were seen 14 days after a treatment and most people enjoyed their results for 3-4 months. Pleaseconsult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!
Thanks for your question. These line are usually active and dynamic . Therefore Botox injection would be an excellent treatment choice. For the fine wrinkles under the eye you can try laser , microneedle , Prp or RF. filller for under the eye is just for people with volume loss not for fine wrinkle
The best treatment for crow's feet is "baby" Botox around the eyes. I also supplement this with a little bit of Restylane under the eyes and the eMatrix laser with RF to tighten and remove fine lines under the eyes. Please consult an expert in the delicate under eye area. Best, Dr. Green
Under eye filler can help some patients with the appearance of the under eye area, but I do not feel as though crow's feet are likely to be improved with filler. Typically muscle relaxing treaments like Botox or Xeomin are the primary treatment for this area. Please have treatment with a board-certified, fellowship-trained Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon or Facial Plastic Surgeon for treatment around your eyes. I'd avoid non-doctors, nurses, or providers without specific facial plastic surgical training. Best of luck to you.Damon B. Chandler, MDHarvard-Penn Trained Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon
