Why does my face look like it's sliding? (Photo)

Why does my face look lopsided?!?! It doesn't look as bad in person as it does in pictures but is there any explanation for this? The left side of my face is long as skinny and the right side is fuller. My face seems to be sliding. Is there anyway I can fix this? I always have to explain to people why I don't like taking pictures!
