Follow up. Could pulsating pain in temples be nerve pain & not resolve, 9 weeks post endoscopic brow, face & neck lift?

This is addition to my last ? The pulsating pain in temples is alway bad & tight, can be really unbearable at times. Def having nerve pain in temples & scalp, sometimes cheeks but hoping that is part of a very long slow healing?? Cheeks are also tight & Sometimes feel worse than others. Feels like multiple issues & can't imagine living w/ temples this way forever. multiple issues. I don't really want pain meds as the answer, want to resolve the problem. Hoping you can help
