 I am sorry to hear about your concerns after revisionary breast surgery.
 Your best option in my opinion would be to use acellular  dermal matrix (allograft) to provide coverage over the areas of concern.

If you are thin from being stretched with a large implants, the edges or corners can be noticeable. Your surgeon could add some fat or dermal graft inside to help thicken the area. I would suggest discussing your concerns with your surgeon.

It appears that your breast is very thin at the bottom allowing the implant to be visible.  Best option would be adding ADM (Acellular Dermal Matrix) to the bottom portion of the breast to insulate the implant and inhibit its appearance through the skin.
