How can I fix my implants to not have the edge popping out? I just got a revision done I used to be 650cc saline under the muscle, I'm now 590cc silicone still under, I don't understand why this happened?! It feels likes a squished bubble on the whole bottom of my breast! Please help

Thank you for your question. I agree with the plastic surgeon who recommended higher profile. You may also wish to consider some Autologous Fat Augmentation and contouring to get the desired results in addition to Breast Implants. All The Best !
