Is It Possible to Make One Nostril That's Bigger Than the Other Smaller?

      Reducing the size of one nostril may be extremely simple or more complicated, but it is certainly possible.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

Generally speaking, a rhinoplasty procedure can make your nostrils more symmetrical.  I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in rhinoplasties in order to understand how your procedure would be performed. During a consult.ation you will most certainly be informed of the exact maneuvers suggested for your particular situation.

In general, it is possible to make the nostrils smaller by performing alar base reduction surgery. One nostril can be made smaller to help restore symmetry. I would recommend seeking the advice of a board certified rhinoplasty specialist. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck. 

The nostrils can be made symmetric by reducing the size of the larger one. It is very difficult to almost impossible if you try to make a nostril bigger. Alarplasty is the technique. It will restore the symmetry. Regards
