You need to see your surgeon again about this. If it's infected, it needs to be resolved as soon as possible. 

Guess you need to "fly" back for possible infected silicone implant treatment or removal.. Care in US is out of pocket and fees run in thousands of $$s. Medical tourism has many risks and unforeseen expenses. What state do you live in?

The evolving redness and tenderness are a little worrisome and need close attention.Redness and tenderness are signs of an infection. If these signs get worse, you should consult a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. An infection can jeopardize the silicone implant.Best wishes

Thank you for your question.The main problem with silicone prosthesis in rhinoplasty is the high incidence of infection. Once the implant gets contaminated it is very difficult to eradicate the bacteria and often the silicone has to be removed.The resistance to antibiotic and the progression of the symptoms are not good signs and you might have pushed some bugs through the nose while blowing it.I would recommend to see a board certified plastic surgeon as soon as possible to monitor and manage this problem.Good luck
