my grades have been falling and i am really depressed because everytime i look in the mirror i see this big fat nose. my parents wont agree with rhino no matter how much i talk them to it and i am really lost in mind. i just started high school, and i really, really do hate it and i can rant on but i was just really hopeful that there was an alternative because i REALLY hate my nose.

If you have finished growth, a rhinoplasty may be appropriate but you will need parental consent.  This is a delicate matter that will require some open dialogue.Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds  
of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the 
 plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a

From the photo you have submitted it appears that you might benefit from a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation to create more balance in your face.  The appearance of your nose though should not have anything to do with your grades and perhaps if you got all "A's" you could use that to convince your parents as a reward to allow you to see a PS with the idea of surgery in the future.
