reviewing your surgery and examining you in person. Shininess can just be the nature of a
patient’s soft tissue envelope (thin). Visible fracture lines as you describe
them could be many different things so it is best for you to direct this to your
rhinoplasty surgeon.

It is hard to know just from the description. If you can have your surgeon examine your nose that would be best.
