Why is It It Seems Nose Swells when Getting Up Early?

I swell up anytime I get up or have to go in very early for work, also tip is still tender and swollen after two years since nasal surgery, I was never told about nasal taping or not to wear glases , started taping recently after two years and it seem to be working in reshaping even after two years , is that possible to happen after that long??

Your tip abnormality is most likely caused by the tip graft that was placed in your prior surgery.  As stated in a prior answer, this is caused by the shrink wrap effect  of the nasal skin and soft tissue contracting tightly on the cartilage graft.  You probably have thin nasal...

If you are only narrowing the nostril size, this can be done in the office with local anesthesia. Cost should be less than $2000. If you require a full tip rhinoplasty , it can cost double since an out patient center and more significant anesthesia  may be required. Hope that helps.
