I broke my nose about 5 years ago. Can a nose be reset without Rhinoplasty? (photos)

my entire face hurts. I broke my nose about 5 years ago. Last night, I was sitting here looking into space, and stood up, I put my hands on my face and my thumbs on my nose, applied pressure and sort of pushed towards center. I could feel my eyesight trying to align, my breathing incredibly expand, and notice my jaw also tweaked over clamped to the left. Is there a forced Acupunctural remedy for this? I feel that the Rhinoplasty will NOT give me what i am asking; I cannot even look into Her eyes.

Your photos show that your nose is quite crooked, which could be the result of an old injury.  Correcting this will indeed require a formal rhinoplasty and your ones need to be re- broken. It sound like there may be some other issues on the inside of your nose causing your other symptoms. An exam by an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon would be needed to determine this.

Noses can usually be reset within a couple of weeks after an injury. This involves manipulating the broken bones back into position and does not require any incision, typically. Beyond a couple of weeks after the injury the bones are usually well healed enough that anything short of cutting and moving the bones back into position is ineffective. Thank you for the question and the pics. Unfortunately, there isn't a non-surgical method for straightening a broken or crooked nose 5 years later. Non-surgical setting of the nose typically only works within a couple days of the injury, and is best within a couple of hours. Good luck moving forward!

Unfortunately, the only method to reset your nose that was broken 5 years ago is to undergo rhinoplasty.  There is no none surgical way to treat this problem.
