Pulled a stitch out 2 weeks after closed rhinoplasty and it bled a little. Have I done any damage to my nose?

I had a closed rhinoplasty two weeks ago with some work done to my septum. Today I saw a blue knot sticking out of my nostril and I pulled it and I felt like a tighting sensation. The stitch came out and I bled very slightly but it quickly stopped. The stitch was blue in color while other stitches that had come out were brownish, so I am really scared I might have done any damage to my nose. Everything seems OK so far but I am still scared. Thanks!

Rasping is the same thing as filing the nose down. It will not make a deviated nose straight however.
