Pulled a stitch out 2 weeks after closed rhinoplasty and it bled a little. Have I done any damage to my nose?

In most cases there are incisions placed just inside the nose for rhinoplasty and sutures to close these. If you accidentally removed a suture 2 weeks after surgery, it is unlikely that you damaged anything deep such as the cartilage. The skin incisions heal very quickly after rhinoplasty. If you had bleeding after the dried blood was removed, you may have opened the incision slightly - this should heal without a problem. If you are concerned, you should contact your surgeon and describe what happened to get the appropriate guidance.

Difficult to say if you did anything bad, but not likely. Stitch sites may bleed when sutures are removed. Best to ask your surgeon or see them in person to determine if there is a problem.
