My nose is crooked. What can I do? (photos)

Question

When I was very young I broke my nose in an accident. As I grew I started to notice that my nose seemed off center and a decently sized sensitive bump that formed. I Hate where my nos is placed and the bump causes pin when ever I put anything on it (such as my glasses or my special sunglasses). I would really like your suggestions and any information on why I can begin to start the correction process and if there is anything that can be done.

Your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements in symmetry and shape. You can bring photos of noses that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed. When you meet with a facial plastic surgeon, he or she will consider your nose in balance with your other features and can over the cost of the procedure. I hope this helps.

It appears on your photographs that both the nasal bones and the internal septal cartilage are deviated to your left.  A full open rhinoplasty can be done to straighten the bones and a septoplasty with harvested septal cartilage should straighten your nose.  In addition the cartilage which is harvested can be used for a tip graft and strut graft to modify the nasal tip to a narrower and more refined appearance.
