I had a rhinoplasty procedure a week ago to correct a dorsal hump, broad tip and deviated nose. My nose is still slightly deviated and today my surgeon advised me I should squeeze my nasal bones together to help make my bridge thinner and apply pressure towards the left to help straighten it. He said I should do this about 4 times a day for the next week and this could help me get a straight nose, as my nose is still a little bit crooked towards the right. Is it true that these exercises work?
