I had my second rhinoplasty 10 months ago. I noticed that a line of cartilage is showing inside my nose, the goretex implant doesn't look centered (could be just swelling), and my nose looks unnatural. I asked the doctor and he said that it will close as it heals? Is it true? If revision is recommended, how should it be fixed and when?
