For get rid of this image and gain more natural looking I recommend you revision rhinoplasty surgery. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. The photo of the inside of your nose on the right side may show a deviated nasal septum, however, the pink color may indicate that your septum is covered by mucous membrane. You have somewhat of an irregular bridge appearance on front view. If you would consider bridge widening and filling in of indentations, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections might be considered for achieving a less operated nasal appearance. I hope this helps!
