What happened? 9 months post rhinoplasty, swollen or pollybeak? (Photos)

Hello, thanks for taking your time to read my question. I'm 9 months post op and my nose has started to change shape for the worse. It seems that my supratip is either swollen or I'm forming a slight pollybeak. When i put a gentle pressure to the area the nose looks good, then few sec it went to the unwanted shape, also my tip so rounded and stiff, all that give me a bulbous nose, What do you think, should I be worried!?

It does appear you have a mild form of polybeak but you also have thick skin which may be contributing to it. You might want to consider getting steroid injections in the tip. It usually helps a lot

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos your nose might be a little swollen. Also your tip of your nose is looking very undefined. You might need revision surgery for get rid of the bulbous image. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the front of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!

Yes - you have a Polly-beak.
This is supratip fullness.It might be due to soft-tissue (skin) thickening - a couple Steroid injections might help.- otherwise it probably will need revision surgery to fix it. 
There are several surgical options, depending on the cause.The 3 main “skeletal’ causes are- over-resection of dorsal bone, under-resection of dorsal cartilage, loss of tip,projection, or a combination of 2 or 3 of these.
