Hello I am only 24 years old with very very thin skin around the eyes, especially in the corners. I've totally lost myself because of it.. I tried fillers but it did not help. I think I need something that can thicken the skin more? My skin is hollow on the area which fillers won't really help much because the hollowness is so close to the eye.... Please please please help! is fat grafting an option here? Is PRP an option here? Thank you very much! :(

Answer: Treating under eye skin Thin skin under and around the eyes can be a fairly common problem causing a tired appearance. There are several approaches to helping this area. Often light bases therapies such as BBL can help stimiulate tissue in this area and help to remove some of the fine lines along with thickening and tightening the skin here. Platlet rich plasma injected to the tissue under the eyes is also a great option. The plasma is full of growth factors and can stilmulate a collagen production along with some adipose(fatty) tissue which help smooth out the skin and improve the texture and even the hollowness here. Fillers may be helpful not directly under the eye but to support the structures around the eye. For example at the cheek and even possibly the temple. Lastly, there are several good skincare products that may help to increase the thickeness of the supportive layer in the skin. Vivier's Grenzine eye cream has this property.
