I suffer from large pores on my cheek. What treatments do you recommend for pores? which can reduce the size of pores and go into the depth of my problem. my confidence is broken, I want to feel beautiful as before. I've tried a mild TCA treatment, but it helped me nothing, only improvement in hyper pigmentation. I've heard of a vampire treatment and laser, what would you recommend?

Thank you for the question. I always advise my patients to stop taking NSAID’s before and after PRP treatment. This is because you do not want anything to hinder the inflammatory response. I recommend having a follow up your treating physician.
I second the answer, PRP does not dissolve filler. I normally perform energy based microneedling and PRP first- this stimulates your own collagen, and like you say improves texture.
