1000 graft, 2200 hair transplant scabs and density - Will this look dense in the final results?

Some of my scabs seem really big, it’s 9 day after the operation and it’s a bit concernin, I have only poured water with shampoo on it. I’m currently also having negative thoughts on how it will look. I’m afraid it won’t look very dense. I had aprox 1000 grafts 2500 hair roughly done in the widow peak area.

By 9th day, the crust usually starts clearing off. You should rub your transplanted area gently or visit your clinic (where transplant was done) to get a head wash to know how to do it to remove the crust. By 2 weeks, you recipient area should be from any crust.
The highest density possible for graft growth is usually 40-50 grafts / cm2 which is half of the normal density of scalp hair. This density is good to cover the area but to achieve density of the pre existing one, it is usually advised to undergo 2nd transplant once the full results of first one are achieved.In your case, because of crusting, it is difficult to comment about the exact transplanted density but it should be able to cover up this area.
However, i am little worried about your hairline designing. Your surgeon has just joined the existing frontal and temporal ( side hair) hairline with a semilunar curve. This has caused obliteration of natural frontotemporal angle which has to be maintained in any transplant to give natural results.

These scabs (crusts) should have been prevented with good washing techniques the day and the day after surgery. Once they form, you run a risk of graft loss until 14 days at which time you can get them out by leaving a shampoo on the area for 10 minutes, getting it water logged, and then gently rub them off with your finger tips. Repeat this daily until the area is crust free
