How can I regain feeling in my breasts after breast augmentation and revision?

I had breast augmentation July 2022 and revision in Nov 2022 for capsular contracture. I had no loss of sensation after 1st surgery but since the second I have lost all feeling under my breasts from the incision up to my nipple with very reduced sensation in my right nipple and almost all lost in my left nipple and when i do feel anything in my left nipple it's pain. Can i do anything to bring feeling back? I massage every day. My nipples are also quite low as though i haven't fully dropped.
