I have had massater botox before and it helped a lot but I cant help but think my natural face structure is just uneven at all angles and makes me very unhappy and self conscience. Is there any treatments you would recommend for me. Photos can be provided

If having had Botox in the masseter helped you, then continue with the procedure. On the other hand, you have to realize that a lot of fullness is related to your being still young as well as the hereditary factors. Keeping a healthy weight is the most important thing you can do for yourself and your face.
