Dear Doctors, iam a 24 year old male who suffer from teeth clenching at night since im round about 15. The Doc found the issue. My Jaw is misaglined because i had a Crossbite which only got Camouflaged with Braces. I will get Bimax-Op around next year until my TMJ is fixed. What i also noticed is that my overall Jaw got very Bulky. My face seems way to wide but idk if its because of the masseter or that i just have abnormal buccal fat also. Ill Post a Pic from front and side where i clench.

Based on your symptoms and photo - you are an excellent candidate for TMJ related hypertrophy of the masseter muscles.   Be careful to find an experienced provider who knows to avoid the risorius muscle which if accidentally injected - can cause a crooked smile for 3-4 months.
