Can I have a fat grafting into the breasts after breast reduction surgery ? (photos)

Hi, I am a 38 year old, 5.2. I had a breast reduction surgery 5 weeks ago from 36 DD to a C size. I know that I have to wait for at least 3 months. My breasts seem asymmetrical, left breast has less volume on the bottom, about half a size and the right breast has less volume on the outer upper side. And somehow my breasts seem to be smaller than I thought. After 3 months have passed would it be possible for me to have a fat transfer into the breasts to correct the shape and increase in one size?
