I think my breast look too small now swelling has gone. Will they look late once they drop and fluff? Currently 7 weeks post op
Answer: Will dropping and fluffing affect my implants as my 375cc implants look too small? Generally, I think that the "drop and fluff" phenomenon does occur in most cases. Having said that, your breast implants seem to have settled (possibly too much on one side) and I would not expect any further "dropping and fluffing to occur (hopefully, otherwise you will be potentially dealing with a breast implant malposition problem). In other words, in your case, I would not expect significant visual breast size changes. Best wishes.

Answer: Will dropping and fluffing affect my implants as my 375cc implants look too small? (Photo) Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Although you appear to have settled well your overall breast footprint is low on your chest. This may be impacting the "too small" look. I would discuss your current concerns with your surgeon so that a review of your before, and current images, can be done to see what the best treatment, if any, is to help you achieve your goals.

Answer: BA results Dear chlo26, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 7 weeks post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery. Answer: Will dropping and fluffing affect my implants as my 375cc implants look too small? You are still early in the healing process and what you are seeing may not be your final results. Your implants will still drop into the pocket made by your surgeon as your breast tissues relax in the next coming months. You may also still be experiencing swelling, which can cause temporary asymmetry between the breasts as each heals at a different rate. The best course of action would be to have more patience and let your body heal in about 6 months before concluding the results of the surgery

Answer: Will dropping and fluffing affect my implants as my 375cc implants look too small? Thank you very much for your question and for sending us your photographs. It does look as though your implants are in a slightly low position at present. It would be helpful to know whether your implants are placed in front or behind the muscle and the details of the implants themselves (round/teardrop/profile/etc) I don't think there is any more dropping or fluffing to be done in your case so it is unlikely that they will continue to change anymore in the meantime. In regards to your breasts feeling small, if they have been swollen for a period of time you may have been used to them appearing this way and it may just take some time to get used to their new appearance. It may be worthwhile to continue to support your breasts as much as possible using the post-op surgical bras to help limit any further descent on your implants. If you do have any concerns it would be best to discuss these fully with your surgeon to give you the best possible understanding of how your bust is likely to change and evolve over time. You should be due back to see your surgeon soon if you have not already. Wishing you all the best with the rest of your recovery.
