Sudden bulging arm and hand veins - sclerotherapy? (Photo)

Question

I am 30 years old, do cardio and yoga, and an average/thin weight. I noticed about 2 weeks ago my veins have been bulging out from the time I wake up every day. They used to be lightly visible at times, now they are very visible and bulge out Almost all the time. Could I get sclerotherapy for the big ones in my forearm/hand? I took bcp for 3 months and stopped right after I noticed it. I also got sclerotherapy on a few veins that were visible under a scar on my leg. Could it be related?

Hand and forearm veins can enlarge for many reasons but the most common cause is genetics.  Levels of hydration and aging will also affect these veins.  They can easily be treated by sclerotherapy and I use a combination of endovenous laser for the larger veins and sclerotherapy for the smaller veins.  There is no relationship between leg veins and hand veins.

Thank you for your photo. Sclerotherapy can be used to treat large veins on the hand.  I would also recommend using the filler Radiesse. It can be used to plump the skin in areas that are sunken and wrinkled. The microspheres of calcium within it work to pump the injected skin and also encourage your body to stimulate collagen in those areas.
