ok, after A LONG research it turns out that latisse has not gotten approval by the equiveland FDA in my country.(very long bureaucracy here) but the lumigan exists anywhere. also unlike the usa i don't actually need a doctor prescription to take it. so is is as safe/efficient to just buy some tiny brushes and apply it to my lashes? thanks
