Cobblestone and bumps after Hair Transplant, is this a part of the process? (photos)

If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "bumps" you should contact your doctor for a follow up examination.

It is difficult to make a diagnosis based on a photo but there may be some inflammation or possibly folliculitis(superficial infection).I would recommend following up with your surgeon.

İt may be a superficial infection that may happen during first months of HT when regrowing hair pup up from skin.Regrowing hair is thin, undersized and not bright untill 4-5 th months of hair transplant. it s normal to see cobblestone appearance in that era. İt's normal for new growing hair starting to get native characteristics, waviness, curl in first 4-5 months..This actually takes 10-13 months for hair to become full mature , as thick and bright  as native hair. 

Getting small "bumps" or "pimples" as the grafts start to grow new hairs is not uncommon three months after surgery.  It is difficult to tell from your photos; if you are concerned you should contact your surgeon.

I would contact your performing surgeon to have an in person follow up so he or she can see what is going on and direct you. 

What I am seeing loks like pimples and maybe there is cobblestonning. In any event you need to return to see your surgeon.
