Is my whole maxilla recessed? No cheekbones/forward grown face. Is there a way to bring it forward & shorten long face? (Photo)

I was a mouth breather since age 3. For average female proportions of caucasians, my midface (glabella to nasal base) is about 7mm too long. Is there ANY way for this to be shortened (nvm costs/danger)? I want to know if it's in the REALM of being possible. My lower third is 5.5mm too long. I was thinking with 6mm impaction & vertical chin reduction, that would help. My face is 8 inch long/5 inch wide. it's completely flat from the side. Want to avoid implants & fix bony skeleton. Help!
