Can I use bone-cement to reshape my skull?

First im sorry if my english isnt so good i hope i can make myself clear. iv a very odd skull shape. n its been bothering me since i was a kid.. i heard i can fix that using the bone-cement (also heard that silicone can be used) .. my question is how dangerous this operation is? looks like a common surgery in Korea but i dont want to go there. can i 'reshape' (if thats the right word) my skull shape at least a little? does it work? is it an easy operation? asked some clinic in korea n they told me it is

Dear kk47In general, if you are having difficulty opening your mouth, then reduction of the fracture at any point is an important consideration. If not, then its essentially aesthetic in nature and not necessary.

If you have a significant orbital floor blowout and there has been change the position of your eye then it is unlikely that this position will improve spontaneously. Evaluation via physical exam and CT would be helpful. If the fracture significant then surgical repair is necessary.

I hope your flap reconstruction was successful.  It is not unusual to have swelling where the flap was taken from months after the surgery.  If you have concerns please follow up with your surgeon.
