I am not sure what the question means. Depending on your position the shape or profile of your breasts do change. A "triangular" shape is normal after an augmentation, especially if you take a photo from an inferior position, "below the breast". After surgery the the skin usually stretches and the breasts will resume a more natural appearance. The most important profile to evaluate the breast and/or the results of surgery if the view of a standing patient, from the front.
