I am not sure what the question means. Depending on your position the shape or profile of your breasts do change. A "triangular" shape is normal after an augmentation, especially if you take a photo from an inferior position, "below the breast". After surgery the the skin usually stretches and the breasts will resume a more natural appearance. The most important profile to evaluate the breast and/or the results of surgery if the view of a standing patient, from the front.

Thank you for your question and photographed.   Please submit photographs of both breasts without pushing on them and then pushed them together.  It is difficult to see the shape of your breasts and the picture you provided.From the picture of the inframammary crease the crease beneath your breast may be fairly flat looking which could create a triangular overall shape.
