So I've noticed this spot on my head where there's less hair and I've noticed it since I was 19, now I'm 21 and I'm just concerned that I might be losing my hair, I would appreciate any medical advice that would make me feel less stressed, thank you !

According to your pictures, it looks that the hair loss affected the crown. We recommend first a treatment of 6 months : Finasteride and PRP. In case the hair loss continue and the exisiting grafts dont grow hair then the hair transplant will be possible.

It is not dangerous in the manner you have described as these particles don’t get into the scalp like this (as they are too big). But having Toppik on top can limit the ability of the minoxidil to get in. Ideally, the Toppik is washed off before applying minoxidil.
