Is it normal to have a large hole in your lower stomach area after a lipo and tummy tuck?

You didn't share how large the hole is or where it is located. If it is along the incision line of your tummy tuck, it could be a wound which needs attention. If it is a small hole, it can be packed and watched until it heals. This is not an uncommon event, however, you do want to call your surgeon and make sure it is taken care of.
