After three pregnancies and four years of breastfeeding and pumping, I'm unhappy with the loose skin on my breasts and the slight sag that causes them to sit on my chest wall. I'm hesitant to undergo a lift because of recovery time. Breast Tite might be an option but I don't see many pics and reviews. I'm not interested in an implant. Any other options?

If you are looking for shape improvement with mini - invasive approach, then fat transfer with axilar (underarms) liposuction might be the option. Liposuction will eliminate fat near breast and fat injected to upper part mainly will make breast shape look more remarkable and round. It is not exactly lifting treatment, but mini-invasive way to improve body curves and breast shape.

From the photos there appears mild ptosis or droop in your breast, which suggests you would be an excellent candidate for a minimally invasive option like BodyTite or Renuvion based breast lift. There are multiple advantages of minimally invasive lift options: 1 no scars, 2 no risk of nipple loss, 3 no loss of nipple sensation 4 no risk to the ability to breast feed 5 faster recovery. However the lift from BodyTight or Renuvion is smaller than would result from an open breast lift. In my experience a one or two centimeter [about an inch] lift is all that can be achieved.
