I have hypertrophic scars in shape of tattoo as treated by unqualified people Doctor suggested steroid injection but it makes skin thin. Locoid 0.1% (Steroid)helped but when I stopped using it scar become raised again. Please suggest

Yes you can stop the process, we have no idea how much will fade after one session but you can get another tattoo or coverup on the tattoo. Sun and tanning have no effect on the tattoo removal process. Best, Dr. Emer.
Typically you do not need antibiotics although I like to give them for these cases but AFTERCARE skincare is essential (see link). and 3 weeks after suture removal you need start laser. Best, Dr. Emer.
