Hi, I got my eyeliner tattooed 10 years ago, top and bottom lids, relatively thick. It has not faded at all since then, and I’m no longer into the thick liner look. I want to get it removed, but am unsure what the best method here would be. I know laser can be effective but it seems very few clinics will perform this. Is PiQo4 laser my best bet? Help please!
