Buttock reduction, as opposed to buttock augmentation, is not a commonly performed surgery.  On the other hand, buttock lift is performed not infrequently.  Some photos of you (especially your buttock) would be very helpful to determine what procedure is indicated.  Be careful of anyone promising great results for "buttock reduction", especially by way of liposuction.  This technique is typically fraught with complications, most notably skin surface irregularities similar to bad cellulite.  Glad to help... @drryanstanton
