There is no guaranteed method of removing buttock dimples and/or cellulite. However, a procedure called subcision combined with fat grafting can yield significant improvements. This is a procedure best done (in my opinion) under general anesthesia in a certified operating room just as if the patient were undergoing a Brazilian butt lift or buttock implants.
