I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. I would recommend seeing your surgeon for a follow up visit. If this is a recurrence of a lipoma then a revision operation will be needed to remove the additional tissue. If this is scar tissue, other treatments may suffice. Hope this helps.
