Please help! Age 26 & my nipples are disfigured from picking (Photos)

When I was 13 years old, I used to pick my nipples. I think it was due to sexual abuse as a child. I have always been so embarrassed about this. I haven't picked since I was 13 and still my breast looks bad. I am 26 and my nipples haven't healed despite all the time that passed. I feel disfigured and ugly. I am still suffering from the mistake that I made as a kid. What do I do to fix this? What type of surgery will make me look normal? This is so embarrassing.
