Can Nipples be centered on the breast?

Dear PurpleLadie,   Yes, pictures will be extremely helpful. It sounds from your description that your nipples are low. If that is the case and the saggyness is small to moderate, a mini lift ( donut ) will elevate the nipples to a more attractive level and at the same time can also correct the outward position of the nipples . Without that correction the nipple will point out even further after implants placement. Always, consult with  board certified plasric surgeons who are experienced with the mini lift technique. I think that at least photos would be helpful but of course it is always better to be seen in person. It may be quite difficult in a primary breast augmentation to resite the nipple without leaving alot of scarring.
