Can Nipples be centered on the breast?

Question

I am getting a Breast Augmentation. I was told that what I have will be the same but more volume. I have an issue where my nipples are farther out than they should be and low as well. Is there a way to correct this so I don't have to get this Oddity Amplified by the BA surgery?? May be able to provide a pic if needed. This is a real big issue for me. Am Transgender as well.

Dear PurpleLadie,   Yes, pictures will be extremely helpful. It sounds from your description that your nipples are low. If that is the case and the saggyness is small to moderate, a mini lift ( donut ) will elevate the nipples to a more attractive level and at the same time can also correct the outward position of the nipples . Without that correction the nipple will point out even further after implants placement. Always, consult with  board certified plasric surgeons who are experienced with the mini lift technique. Check their before and after pictures to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and you like them. Check also the reviews.              Best of luck,                         Dr Widder

I think that at least photos would be helpful but of course it is always better to be seen in person. It may be quite difficult in a primary breast augmentation to resite the nipple without leaving alot of scarring.

picture, it is difficult to advise you.However, if your nipples are low, they will generally remain low after
an augmentation.Occasionally, if there
are only slightly low, the augmentation can be done in such a way that the
nipples can be raised.If they're lower
than this, then some type of mastopexy, or lift, is necessary to elevate the
nipples.This is complicated by the fact
that you're transgender.For you, it is
much more difficult to release some of the tissue holding the nipple
inferiorly.Make certain that whomever
you see is a board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience in
both breast augmentation and transgender surgery.
