I had my right nipple pierced years ago - it has been healed up since I was 18 and my nipple is now shaped differently. (see photo) I would love to get this fixed when I get my breast augmentation (going to consults soon). How would you go about this and is it a pretty easy fix? Should most surgeons be able to perform this same time?

Thank you for your question! There are many in London who are qualified to do this procedure! This is a simple procedure which is performed using just Local Anaesthetic, which is a walk-in and walk-out procedure. The extra nipple is removed and this is replaced with a discrete straight line scar...
Most women with herniated areolas or "puffy nipples" like the way the look better when the nipples are cold and contracted. They can be fixed with surgery but it leaves a scar around the outside of the areolas. It may be worth if you really dislike the look.
Sometimes, one or both nipples can be inverted. They are tethered by the breast ducts so they don't stick out. A photo would be useful. If it is an inverted nipple, it can be fixed by a simple in office procedure.
