Crest Whitening stripes left white specs on my teeth. What do I do? (Photo)

Question

I just used whitening stripes and I took then off after about 30 minutes and I noticed there was white specs ik my teeth and the are whiter than my actual teeth. What do I do and how do I fix it?

These will likely go away.  It will take a few days for the teeth to rehydrate.  Once this happens they are likely to fade away.  I would not be overly concerned at this point.  Good luck.

We often see these areas of the teeth exaggerated immediately following teeth whitening/ dental bleaching.  The good news is that they tend to settle down within a few days after you have stopped bleaching, and most people see them return to being no less or more visible than they had been before bleaching started.  What you are seeing is areas of the enamel that have a different mineral content than the rest of the enamel.  The white cloudy spots are not really being created by the whitening process; its just that the process is allowing you to visualize something which was already there but was not easily seen.

I bet the spots are already gone.  The spots are most likely where the enamel got dried out while you were wearing them probably because there were bubbles of air on those spots.
