I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation. At six months post op you are seeing your final results. Pre operative photos or an exam would be needed to comment on specific changes, but it does appear you would benefit from a revision for improved shape.

From the submitted photos it appears the breast tissue is now sloped over the implant. A lift is needed to improve both shape and symmetry. It appears from your pre op photo that a lift was needed from the beginning.
