It is unlikely due to your Vanquish treatment. If it persists, I recommend following up again with your Doctor. Keep in mind, Vanquish needs a combination approach to get the most improvement. I recommend combining Vanquish with Venus Legacy/Exilis Ultra treatments. We currently use a fire and ice treatment with Coolsculpting and Vanquish for good results in fat removal. However, a VASER hi definition procedure would give you the best results for body shaping, but requires more down-time. Vanquish is a treatment that gives deep radiofrequency waves to destroy fat cells in the abdomen. Sometimes that treatments can go deeper than desired and cause some internal irritation. In women periods may be heavier than normal. The bowels may also become irritated and cause diarrhea. If this happens either cease treatments completely or leave more time between treatments for the organs to completely repair themselves. Although it is an irritation it should leave no permanent damage. Exilis a a more superficial treat and is unlikely to cause any bowel irritation.
