It looks as if you've had too much juvderm injected. I would return to your surgeon for hyaluronidase to dissolve the excess. If you don't feel comfortable with your original injector then you may want to search out another surgeon. Best, Dr. Nazarian

Hi Lee, I would wait to see what happens a few weeks after your injection.   These lines may go away if you've never had them before.   But, look up Restylane Defyne.  It's the perfect product for the deep line you are pointing to.   Best regards!
