White patches on lips after filler - Is this normal? (photo)

I have had filler done a few times. I tried someone new today and immediately after the filler parts of my lips are white. Please tell me this is normal? It has never happened to me before and I have been reading up on vascular occlusion and I'm worrying that's what's happened. This photo is an hour after the filler. Please advise if this looks normal.

You can certainly avoid that area. Without seeing our before and after pictures I can't say whether other issues may arise. However, modifying round 2 based on round 1's results is always the best idea.

Thank you for your question. It is hard to say what is exactly going on without a picture. From your description it could be some residual swelling from the filler, or the actual filler itself. If it does not resolve with ice and simple massage in the next few days I would recommend returning to...
