I have a scar on my eyebrow which stems from an incident 14 years ago. It healed pretty well now but the area the scar apparently killed some hair tissues on my eyebrow causing a split. Though make up can often help to conceal the gap but I would really love the freedom of just heading out without make up. What do I dooooo D:

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started.

You can try all sorts of non-surgical treatments to blend the scar tissue but the only option will remove the scar/ hairless portion of your brow and eliminate the gap is a scar revision procedure. This is an in office procedure that can be performed under local anesthesia and would likely require about 30 minutes. Thank you for your question and a photo.It looks like you have atrophic scarring, it is probably unlikely to change much now as it has matured now. You can try microneeding or excise it and resuture (you will have a linear scar in this case).
