How can I get rid of old raised hypertrophic scars on pubic area?

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. Options to remove hypertrophic scars include ointments (which you have already tried), silicone sheets, laser treatments, steroid or 5FU injections, or surgical revision.  A plastic surgeon will be able to go over these options in detail.
