Considering Profhilo for slight crepeyness on my cheeks. Is Profhilo safer than other filers? (photo)

Im considering Profhilo as I have very slight crepeyness on my cheeks when I smile. I'm worried what will happen to my skin when it wears off. Will there be any long term effects. Also is Profhilo safer than other fillers?

Hello, prophilo doesn't have BDDE which is a glue. Filler, have BDDE so that it will hold the hyaluronic acid in its place and fill the area. Prophilo, doesn't have it and contains only hyaluronic acid. this makes the product safer. it is done just under the skin and it spreads like a spider web under the skin. it will not have a filling effect like other filler will not cause and bulge, and will not stay in a localized area. side effects like granuloma formation, swallowing, vascular occlusion would not be seen by this product. I would recommend it for fine winrkles and dryness.Dr Unal

Thanks for your question and picture. 
Profhilo® is not a traditional dermal filler, but more a bio-remodelling substance. It is the first BDDE-free, stabilised HA based product and is superb for treating skin laxity and signs of ageing such as dehydration, lines and wrinkles. The product is considered safe in "safe hand". 
Unlike traditional thick or cross-linked dermal fillers which usually require one treatment, the treatment with Profhilo® consists of 2 sessions, 4 weeks apart.
Profhilo® can also be used within a combination of treatments, such as dermal fillers, Botox and thread lifting and should be considered as the first step, prior to secondary treatments.
Profhilo® should only be administered by a highly skilled and fully trained medical professional with expertise in facial anatomy and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
