Hi,Thanks for your question.Unfortunately without any picture it is not possible to give you a bespoke answer. Profhilo® is a good option if you want to increase skin tone, texture and tightness. I found very good results and positive feedback from my patients in the neck area and lower cheeks. The lower face (jaw line, jowls, marionettes lines) in my opinion is the most challenged area to treat in the face. The reason of this is that the " jowls" and "marionette lines" represent the "tip of the iceberg" of the ageing process (bone and fat absorption, reduction of collagen and skin elasticity) on the upper and mid face : temporal area, cheek, mid face but also lost of volume in the peri-oral area (lips). A detailed assessment of the face as a whole unit allow to identify the ageing trigger points and so understand which areas of the face need to be prioritised and treated in order to restore the volume lost and achieve a lifting and natural looking effects. The treatment will require the combination of botulinum toxin, fillers, Profhilo. My advice is to seek for an expert doctor in this field with extensive knowledge of the ageing process and experience in facial assessment and treatment. Many ThanksBest Wishes,Dr Giuseppe Fiore, MD
Hello and thank you for your question. It is always best to see you face to face for a consult and examination however in this case yes with a clinician this would be safe. I hope that helps answer your question. Always seek an experienced and qualified medical professional for these treatments....
I don't believe that I have seen any reliable study that compares elastin- injectable hyaluronic acid treatment Profhilo and PRP.
Thanks for your question. It won't make a lot of difference if you have one before the other- its your choice. Depending on the experience of the injector they can be performed relatively close together to get the results you're after
